Common Questions

Everything you need to know.

If you're a manufacturer, retailer, or brand manager considering a licensing partnership, these answers cover the essentials.

Brand licensing is a commercial agreement where we grant your company the legal right to manufacture and sell products under our registered trademark, in exchange for a royalty fee — typically 3–10% of retail turnover per unit sold.

We hold registrations across 17 UK trademark classes, spanning clothing, footwear, food, beverages, cosmetics, electronics, household goods, vapes, stationery, and more. A single licensing relationship can cover your entire product range across multiple classes.

We work with established manufacturers, retailers, and brand managers across the UK and internationally. Whether you're scaling an existing product line or launching something new, we welcome enquiries from companies of all sizes.

Royalties are calculated as a percentage of the retail selling price for each unit sold. Rates range between 3% and 10% depending on product category, volume commitments, and exclusivity terms. A licensee selling 100,000 pairs of trainers at £50 retail on a 3% rate would pay £150,000 in royalties.
